Is that a midlife crisis, a middle aged time transformation, time finding life purpose?

Like you, I am now considered middle aged.

But my heart, what’s inside me, feels ageless, and rebels at the mirror, at the photos and the numbers that keep climbing each birthday.

Is that really me??

The process of midlife is a time of transformation. If you experience it as a crisis, it’s because you might have difficulty embracing change and you are fighting it with fear and reluctance. The inevitable is that we laugh, cry, age, and supposedly mature into adulthood. We are so busy living our lives and when we take a breath … we might come to the conclusion that what was working or not working for us has changed.

It’s like never changing your clothing style or blue eyeshadow, you just can’t stay in the same mode forever. We do understand as a Creative Coaches , these new thoughts and feelings have placed you out of your comfort zone.

Can you become something greater, can you be inspired? Can you accept that you are changing and have changed and discover who you now want to be or what you might want to dream? Even if you don’t think you’re in a crisis, partners, loved ones, friends and co-workers might notice something is up before you do.
